This web site is sponsored by the Union County Historical Society (society), a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of New Mexico in 1972. The society maintains its corporate office at the Herzstein Memorial Museum (museum), South Second and Walnut in Clayton, New Mexico. The society is fully responsible for the content of www.herzsteinmuseum.org.

Guests of this site enter at the user’s own risk. The society and the museum make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the site and the use thereof, including the security of any data or information transmitted to the site. The society and any other party involved in the creation, production or delivery of this site assume or accept no liability for any costs, losses, damages, etc., arising out of or in connection with the use and access to this site, or with the failure of performance of this site for any reason.

Our web server automatically recognizes only the visitor’s domain name. The sponsor collects only the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages visitors access and information volunteered by our guests, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information collected is used for internal review to improve the content of this site and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

The society does not make available the e-mail addresses of those who access this site to other organizations or companies.
